• I did all the training of the new flexo operators as well as the new hires in the department. Teaching them all process involved in wide web flexo printing.
• I also created the first Flexo operator trainee booklet.

• I was a Supervisor for the Extrusion Pit Crew. I was in charge of aliening a crew of people that would spend their day going from line to line doing changeovers. Everything from die changes to bag machine set up.
• I was responsible for reducing the downtime on each changeover which would increase uptime and our daily pounds.

• I oversaw a crew of 14 people and 5 presses.
• I was responsible for the safety of all my people

• My role as an Assistant Supervisor was to fill in when the actual supervisor was out on vacation or for business.
