Joseph B. Marchant

Hello! My name is Joseph Marchant but everyone calls me Joey. I am currently looking for a position in sales, marketing, or management.

I worked at Caterpillar's large engine facility in Lafayette, IN and had been a Team Lead for their forklift operations in early 2023 and continued to hold that position for roughly a year.

My father was then struck by a vehicle at his job in 2024 and I was close to finishing my degree with Ivy Tech, I had made the decision to leave my job as a Team Leader in order to help my father recover, and to fully pursue my Associate's Degree in Business Administration and have not worked an official job since I was at CAT.

Shortly after I had left my job, I started my own LLC called Renegade Rydes, where I do mobile mechanics and car lockouts. I own and operate the entire company which duties involve, marketing, sales, management, proper paperwork, and the labor of fixing people's vehicles while making sure that the customer is happy at the same time, since most customers prefer to watch me while I work.

I look forward to starting a career with my newly acquired associates degree in a position that will allow me too support my family consistently and be able to put more money towards my business, goals, and hobbies!
