Summary

Experienced Senior Officer Specialist with a strong focus on emergency response, de-escalation techniques, and facility security. Proven ability to maintain a secure environment and effectively train others. I posses the ability to learn quickly, the ability to work with my hands and have vast knowledge of tools. While being a Disturbance Control Operator for twelve years I had the opportunity not to only know less than lethal munitions but to actually train with them also. While I was employed at Ware State Prison and being a member of the Corrections Emergency Response Team ( C.E.R.T ) we used the same munitions in actual emergencies. I also posses a moderate knowledge of firearms being a avid firearms enthusiasts. In conclusion with all the training and attributes I posses i'd like to learn more to be an asset to FCI Jesup by being selected for the opportunity to be an alternate Lockshop officer. While having the knowledge and training I do I lack in the actual lock and key area but i'm hoping this opportunity will elivate that and will become well versed to be an overall asset.
