• Managed a world class security department in a Fortune 300 corporation of over 1300 personnel, including security, police, and military, in seven operating subsidiaries and countries encompassing anti-corporate economic espionage, internal investigation, aviation and transportation security, infrastructure protection, labor strife, counter-terrorism, community relations and related programs.
• Secured an unprecedented private/government sector intelligence sharing agreement with both Indonesian intelligence agencies (BAKIN & BAIS) to assist in developing counterterrorism capabilities and security of 23,000 employees and $5 billion in assets.
• As DEA Assistant Justice Attaché, managed major U.S. intelligence program in South Asian country to assist senior U.S. foreign policy makers in development of bi-lateral relations with host country and to ensure its compliance with international crime and drug control treaties of which it was signatory.
• Senior advisor to the CEO of a Fortune 500 multinational providing advice on global political, economic, military, security, social events with potential for adverse impact on the company, to assist CEO in decision-making process of proper response.
• Part of the initial management team throughout the FBI that set up the initiation framework in the National Security Branch the Directorate of Intelligence
• Developed and managed an advanced international disaster response and business continuity program that has been tested under critical operational environments successfully protecting thousands of employees and billions in assets.
• Provided briefings to the Office of the Vice President, Special Assistant for National Security Affairs, on capabilities of Indonesian Intelligence agencies and analysis of Indonesian government support of War on Terrorism.
• Board member of a multinational corporation setting corporate policies that led growth from 50 to 5000 employees in 5 years and captured 17% of security services and consulting market in world's 4th largest country.

• At the direction of the Executive Assistant Director of the FBI for Intelligence, led a team of FBI and contractor personnel and established access rules to the FBI's new SENTINEL intelligence database and intelligence information sharing policy throughout the FBI.
• Provided guidance to Commander of Indonesian Special Forces and the Lead Delegate of the ICRC to obtain the release of 14 European nationals held as hostage by the terrorist organization, Operasi Papua Merdeka
