Leadership Experience

Cedar Falls CAPS program alumni, Cedar Falls, Iowa, Team Leader & Event Manager, 09/2019, 01/2020, Was head of a team of four. We were given a budget (around $7,000) and had to manage the money and hire the correct people to host an event for a local Hotel. We did a lot of planning, and negotiating with different companies, and overall organization before the event. With our sales techniques and preparation, the tickets sold out in less than 10 minutes of the launch, making it an instant success.
