I have worked a variety of different jobs over the years and have learned that I really enjoy working with a team and working in sales. I have a lot of experience in customer service and face to face sales. I really want to start a career in the i-502 reacreational cannabis market, specifically in sales, at a retail location.
One of my big passions has always been Cannabis. Cannabis has been apart of my life for 25 years. Some of my best memories are of sharing cannabis with friends.
I do not have experience as a bud tender in a recreational store. I did spend almost every weeked working a booth for a friend, at a medical cannabis market in Tacoma from June 2011- July 2012. I gained a lot of experience talking with people about cannabis and a strong understanding of how to give people what they want. Talking with people and finding out what type of cannabis products they like, are interested in, or want to try and then providing them with something they are happy with, has always given me a lot of happiness and I miss doing it. For about the last 7 years I have regularly shopped at I-502 stores and tried nearly every brand available. I have had countless interactions with bud tenders over the years at different stores. I have a strong knowledge of most I-502 producer/processors and the products they offer. I can explain flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vapes and the various options in which those are available. I have a very strong knowledge of cannabis in general. The differences between indica, sativa, hybrids and their varying effects. I also understand the i-502 purchasing limit and age laws.
I am good at talking to people, understanding what they want and giving them a customer service experience that they want to come back for. I enjoy being part of a team with a common goal. I am professional, courteous and treat everyone around me with respect and dignity.
I am a reliable, honest, hard working, driven, team player. I am looking for a company to stay with for a long time and grow my future with that company. After reading the description of Craft Cannabis in the job listing I believe I would be a great fit for the position. I can work any day, any shift, part time or full time. I hope you will consider interviewing me for the available position. Thank you, Joseph
