I am writing to express my interest in transferring to the bus wash department at Lynx. With over 20 years of dedicated service as a Lynx Road Ranger, I am deeply passionate about my work and proud to be apart of this organization. I believe my experience, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and cleanliness makes me an ideal candidate for this opportunity. Throughout my career, I have assisted hundreds of motorists on Florida interstates and worked closely with law enforcement and first responders on various incidents. These experiences have sharpen my skills in communication, emergency, and teamwork. I have proudly served as a shift lead and trusted with training new Road Rangers-an honor I have always taking seriously, knowing how vital proper preparation is to their safety and success. I hold certifications required for the Road Rangers position, including, Responder Training Course-level 2 certification ,MOT (Maintenance of traffic) certification, Sharps2 Handling & Safety training, FEMA Emergency Management institute, CJIS Security & crIminal information systems- Priority in training, First Aid, SPR ,AED Certification-training. I also have a CDL class B with passengers and airbrake endorsements. I was honored to receive the good Samaritan Award from the Lynx Board and have represented Lynx and the Florida Department of Transportation in multiple news segments and special events. I take pride in keeping my work environment clean and organized and believe in leading by example. im excited for the opportunity to bring this same level of dedication and professionalism to the bus wash department and continue contributing to Lynx mission.
