Former Executive Vice President of Fort Des Moines Little league

I have volunteered on the Board of Fort Des Moines Little league for five years now.  In those years I have developed skills crucial to the running and maintaining the Not For Profit organization including park, equipment, and facilities maintenance.  As well as coaching,  League Commissioner, Safety Compliance Officer, and various other functions.   One of my primary executive functions included maintaining positive professional relationships with various sponsors, commissioners, coaches, umpires, and parents.   One of my positional responsibilities included dealing with the interpersonal relationship challenges that occasionally occurred during day to day functions.  It has been my honor to be a volunteer, and part of the legacy of Fort Des Moines Little League, while ensuring its future for generations to come.
