My leaderships skills arise from playing high-level travel hockey accompanied with a Captain role. My work ethic comes from having a job since the age of 15 and managing a very tight schedule.

  • Throughout high school I helped with a specialized ice hockey program for youth and adults with developmental disabilities. I helped these individuals play the sport of ice hockey in an environment that is adapted to the level of ability which the athletes are able to participate.

  • Volunteering with Special Olympics in high school taught me a lot about caring for others and all of the kids I have been blessed to meet during these events have helped me develop skills such as teaching and caring for others.
