I have been a very successful service advisor and car salesperson and would like to extend my experience by learning new skills and opening the door to a new lifetime career. I have plenty of experience in customer service, as I began as a grocery store cashier at age 16 and continued on to do that until I turned 18 and began selling cars. I am very personable and exceed at building rapport with guests. I would love to continue my journey in customer service, as I feel that I am a great fit for it!
I have some experience in management, as I played rugby for 8 years and was a captain for many years in a row. There was some seasons where I was managing by myself as the only captain, and there was also several seasons where I co-managed with a second captain. I learned a lot of special skills from learning how to organize and create a schedule with my team, as well as helping direct them when any issues needed to be addressed concerning other/multiple players.
I also have experience with management and organization from my long history as a service advisor. Being a service advisor, you are managing your workload and distributing it properly to technicians, you are directing them on what needs to be done and when it needs to be done, as well as giving your customers updates on their vehicle status, while checking customers in and out in front of you. I have learned the hardest skill in my opinion to learn, and that is multitasking.
