• Performing customer service and clerical tasks within a fast-paced Level 2 Emergency Department.

• Responsible for maintaining data integrity and a high level of accuracy in HR systems like Workday and other data sources by acting as the steward for HR data.
• Updating, validating, and correcting employee records, including day-to-day position changes.
• Generating and executing basic reports or queries and providing summaries of data. Auditing and identifying data inaccuracies.
• Providing basic IT support, including facilitating password resets.
• Created a comprehensive reference document for my team to assist with onboarding CoverVA agents, including solutions to common issues or questions that may occur during this process.

Providing assistance with patient care to Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech-Language Pathologist therapists in both acute care and outpatient settings
