  • Responsible for managing 195 SKU totaling 100 million dollars worth of yearly spend, making sure we are hitting our quarterly KPI´s.
  • Working closely with S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) to make sure we are keeping our inventory levels according to operations policy, minimizing inventory shortage risk and planning our future supply, taking into account demand forecast, incoterms, product lead times, production dates, prices among others...
  • Working closely with our logistics operators in the US, keeping track and controlling the flow of supplies from the vendor, to the distribution centers and ultimately to our restaurants. Analyzing inventory maintenance of our distribution centers to ensure we have ample supply to cover the demand of each restaurant assigned to each distribution center.
  • Achieved a yearly benefit of $2.3M USD for 2024 by negotiating the contracts and managing our RFP events for our chicken and fries SKU's for the business of Pollo Campero USA.
  • Generated $ 4M USD in benefits for the corporation for 2024 and $2.7 M for 2023.
  • Led a team on a COGS reduction initiative that led to a $500K savings/cost avoidance for the business of Pollo Campero USA.
  • Led process improvement projects that resulted in increased efficiency, reduced waste, and lower operational costs across the supply chain network.
  • Managing the RFP process for all of our imports on meat raw materials, potatoes, soy proteins and starches for our regional operations in GT, SV, MX, HN and CR.
  • In charge of negotiating contracts & developing strong commercial relationships with key strategic partners and suppliers, as well as launching and executing multiple RFP events.
  • In charge of keeping effective communication and teamwork between multiple other areas of the business including: R&D, QA, S&OP, finance, operations and internal stakeholders to make sure we are covering the needs of each department of the business.

  • Worked as a jr project manager on the sugar production side of the business from 2019 to 2020, there I worked on the team responsible for the implementation of ERP system SAP S4/HANA, including SAP MM (Material Management) module and sourcing software: 'Ariba Sourcing', to provide the business with better sourcing efficiency and transparency.
  • Played a pivotal role in change management initiatives, assisting teams in adopting new tools or processes smoothly.
  • Procurement analyst for the sugar manufacturing side of the business where I was responsible for managing SKU's relating to spare parts for the industrial machinery of the operation.
  • Managed RFP events relating to spare parts, keeping our monthly inventory of spare parts in check, as well as executing any spot buy in case of an emergency.
  • From 2021 to 2022 I moved to the Real Estate Development side of the business, where I worked as a sourcing & procurement analyst, managing SKU's on the 'construction materials' category, where I managed RFP events for new development projects, balancing both quality and cost effectiveness and making sure RFP events where executed during the proper timeline to ensure projects could be executed and inaugurated on time.
