• Performs on-site field service visits to customers to fulfill Enterprise Information Technology requests and resolve incidents.

I am a Platoon Sergeant and currently in charge of 20 soldiers overseeing a Head Quarters Signal Section and oversee the Automations and Retransmissions teams for HHC 1-168 Infantry. My job is to oversee the Battalion signal plan and its execution. On top of my leadership, technical proficiency in troubleshooting and offering Signal solutions to a Light Infantry Battalion, I am also responsible for Hundreds of thousands of dollars in communications equipment inventory for the Military and conduct inventories 6 times a year and take safeguarding military and taxpayer interests with the highest severity.

• Manages a variety of Service Center Tickets to include Computer reimaging, quarantines, software installations.
• Provided excellent service and attention to customers when face-to-face or through phone conversations.
• Supports Offutt Air Force Base with Field Service work such as first time profile set ups, equipment change outs, printer installation
• Tremendous customer service and positive attitude while accomplishing tasks.
• Works well with other techs and always willing to assist them with their workloads to have cohesive team environment.

NOTE: Not interested in future opportunities employed in construction or hospitals especially if they require long distance travel. I am still open to using Field Service Experience work for Home and Office related work for Cable or security companies.
