Over the last 7 almost 8 years of experience, I've learned the ins and outs of every position within the parts department. I'm capable of handling Shipping and Receiving, Inventory, Parts Counter, as well as managing our Core Inventory and Processing. Aside from the job itself, I am also great at building relationship with colleagues. Every store is full of different employees with different personalities and I've been lucky enough to know the ones within all location. This has made it easier to communicate and help when needed to get the job done effectively. I feel as though my role as a leader comes naturally because whenever our manager is at the Bristol location, my colleagues come to me for help or guidance. Whether they need assistance with a problem or want to learn how to do something, I make sure that I use the resources and knowledge I have to complete the task at hand. If I personally don't know the answer, I will never shy from asking for help from others. Everyone has room to grow and improve, no matter what stage of the game you're in. I strive to be the best version of myself in the workplace because I want to see myself, the team and the company succeed in all aspects. With that being said, I hold myself to a high standard with not only the workload but, also with my attendance. I'm always willing to do what is needed to get the job done right, effectively, and time efficiently.
