
I started my first job at 15 working at Burger King and once I was old enough I wanted to get into the car industry because I love working with my hands. I've always been great with customer service skills and making sure everything is communicated. I show up every day on time, I do have a son and his mom takes care of his doctors appointments, and whatever else needs taken care of since I am the primary income in my household.
• Conducted inspections and performed repairs on pre-owned campers.
• Maintained a tidy workspace.
• I was responsible for walking customers around there newly purchased campers and making sure that they felt comfortable and confident in how to operate everything on there new Rv.
• Walked the customers through on proper connection and disconnection of RVs.
• I was in charge of diagnosing customer vehicles, and repairing what was broken or damaged.
Kept work area tidy to eliminate slipping dangers.
• Clarified technical issues to customers to enhance trust in diagnostic accuracy.
• When I first started I was in charge of doing PDI's on all of the new vehicles and get vehicles prepared to be sold.
• After 3 months I was responsible for PDI's on new vehicles and I was in charge of repairing trade in cars, and when the main line technicians got behind I would help repair customer vehicles.
