Joshua Cronin

A visionary college student pursuing a degree in Communications Media with a concentration in Film and Video and a minor in Political Science. Joshua's passion for film creation began in high school when he joined the school's news station and quickly revitalized the program. He spearheaded new segments, including What's Cookin', a popular cooking show, and Week in Review, a news segment that unified schools across the district. His innovative leadership continued through college, where he launched North Central News, a local news segment that broke new ground in community engagement and journalistic storytelling.

With extensive experience in content creation and crowd engagement, Joshua's projects consistently push creative boundaries and challenge traditional formats. His deep interest in politics and public representation has been a driving force behind his work, using media as a tool for advocacy and communication. Eager to bring his unique vision and technical expertise to future media and political communication roles, Joshua is committed to blending creativity, innovation, and social impact in all his endeavors. • BridgeUSA - As a member of BridgeUSA, I actively participate in creating spaces for open, respectful dialogue on political and social issues. My role involves organizing and attending discussions, debates, and events that bring together students from across the political spectrum to share their perspectives in a constructive way. I work with fellow members to promote civil discourse, encouraging others to engage in conversations that prioritize listening, understanding, and critical thinking. Through these activities, I help bridge ideological divides on campus and contribute to fostering a more inclusive and collaborative community where diverse viewpoints can be explored openly.
• New England Nature Enthusiast - As a member of the New England Nature Enthusiast Group, I actively participate in outdoor activities that connect us to the natural beauty of the region. This includes organizing and joining hikes, wildlife observation outings, and conservation efforts aimed at preserving our local ecosystems. Through these experiences, I not only enhance my understanding of flora and fauna but also foster a sense of community among fellow nature lovers. Additionally, I help promote environmental awareness by participating in educational programs and outreach initiatives designed to inspire others to appreciate and protect our natural surroundings.
