During my time at Elaine Bell Catering, I was promoted from Wait Staff to Shift Captain. I efficiently lead a team of servers under various circumstances and provide a warm and memorable experiences for event guests.

While employed at Elaine Bell, I fell in love with the wedding and event industry. It's wonderful to be able to provide great service and food to guests on their special days, and to then see the joy on their faces as a result of it.

Unfortunately Elaine Bell retired in 2024 and closed her catering company.

I helped set up events with a team of people by unloading trucks, preparing tables, stations, and kitchens. Then I served the event, making sure that guests' needs are met throughout cocktail hour, dinner-service, and dessert. After the event, everything would be loaded up into the truck, maintaining punctuality in the cleanup process to ensure that we would be done before the clock-out time.

• I taught Kindergarten and 1st Graders, as well as 1st and 2nd Grade. This taught patience, adaptability, and communication skills. (Working with kids requires you to learn how to communicate complicated concepts into bite-sized pieces)

• Kept track of inventory and made sure products were stocked and available.
• Organized and arranged merchandise to keep displays clean and presentable.
• Helped receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Collaborated with team members to streamline stock replenishment processes.
