- I've been at Skyzone for almost 3 years now, and since I've been here the facility has greatly improved with changes that myself and my colleagues have implemented
- Each year the parks over revenue increased by at least 50%, the training and the development is a focus each and every shift that personally work, with the use of training documents I am able to ensure that all of the staff is properly prepared to execute their duties to the best of their ability
- Through this we are able to ensure the all of our staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive of each other which has steadily increased our overall OSAT scores, since they have been made more of a focus company wide
- Along with the continuous training and coaching of our front desk staff, I helped develop more of a 'friendly competitive' culture amongst our staff in order to get them engaged and invested in the success of the parks overall conversion and their own personal conversions and wash rates as well
