Working foreman, daily yard turnover to assess plan and execute daily switching operations. Develop plan to manage inbound and outbound road train traffic with locals, yard jobs and other railroads. Working with dispatchers, corridors, managers, and other crews working in the yard. Including maintenance crews. Build trains according to FRA safety standards, subdivision TPA and length restrictions for grade and siding clearances. Safely and efficiently switching rail cars in a flat switching yard. Manage all inventory to ensure accuracy of customer’s deliveries to keep customers business functioning daily. Worked on call, day, evening, weekends, holidays in all weather conditions.

Prepare individual and business tax returns. Built relationships, customer service, typing, office related tasks. Uses attention to detail and communication to assist clients with specific tax needs. Set up work flow for drop off service, handled refund loans. Seasonally worked as self employed preparer at our family business.

Worked on call off referral list for seasonal work as NCCO certified crane operator. Started out as small equipment operator on wing farm projects. Worked up to operating mobile cranes from 15 ton up to 600 ton crawler cranes. Industrial work in commercial, heavy industrial, agriculture, crane rental industry, wind energy, pile driving, structural steel, well work, pre cast, oil refineries, gas pipelines, coal power plants. Work performed with large companies such as Kiewit Power, MA Mortenson, Cherne, Berkel, to smaller local companies WA Klinger, DM Steel, Crane rental and Rigging. Inspected, maintained and operated all equipment safely with no incidents, demonstrated strong math, comprehension, planning and problem solving skills.
