  • In my 25 years as a service center manager I have a promoted two r1 and two assistant managers i have also rebuilt two struggling stores both financially and culturally leading my teams to out perform every metric presented to us
  • Leading me to achieving Max horsepower in my first year as a manager not to mention achieving this while starting at one store a month into the quarter and then finishing the year at a different much busier store
  • My second year was no different I achieved an SCM of the year award and an SCM 2 promotion, I assisted on 3 ambassador teams two in colorado and one in coeur d alene Assisting with the acquisition by re training those new teams and helping to establish the amazing culture valvoline has and welcome them to the vamily
  • My attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile in every aspect of my job has allowed me build great culture in every location I have been in whether it is my own service center or ones I am help with
