  • Got murdered by Miracle when this bar first opened its doors.
  • Learned composure in the most extremely high volume situations.
  • It was here where I tried my best to expand my knowledge because the Beverage Director and Head Bartender were people still to this day who taught me as much as they could about the craft.
  • Currently this bar is closed down due to a fire that emerged.
  • A big hospitality group's attempt at building a foothold in Jersey City.

Hobbies and Interests

I love to learn languages and try all kinds of alcoholic beverages. I currently speak 4 languages. I was more fluent in French when I was traveling to France every year, my Japanese is something I use daily so it is much better than my French currently. I also previously worked for many years as a barista in a 3rd wave coffee shop, I managed to retain a decent amount of my coffee education.
