With my promotion to Sales Team Manager, I took on additional roles and responsibilities within ATS Logistics. I am now responsible for maintaining a team of successful logistics professionals, to ensure our customers needs are met. I am tasked with bringing on new talent to add to the ATS family, coaching and developing new and existing talent, preparing and submitting evaluations and budgets, assisting with escalations in regards to customers, and much more.

Highlights thus far as Sales Team Manager include:

- YoY Margin, revenue, and load count growth each year as a manager (2021-2023) including most recently 38.7% margin increase, as well as 39.1% Load Count increase

-Advancement of 2 sales reps from my team to management positions (David Brix, Anthony Block).

-Strong camaraderie and team culture that encourages retention and minimizes turnover

As a National Sales Representative, I was responsible for acquiring new customers as well as establishing and deepening relationships with new, prior, and current business.

Highlights as a National Sales Representative include:

- Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with 32 different customers

- Generated $4.394M in revenue for ATS Logistics over 32 months for an average monthly revenue of $137,312

-Secured one of the top performing customers in logistics in Azek Building Products which moved 1,187 shipments under my supervision, as well as other accounts that continue to produce for ATS to this day (Azek, JR Simplot, Lamar Trailers, etc.)
