train and help develop operating skills of entry level and existing technicians and trainers. provide positive call outs and development gaps of operators and trainers with supervisors for performance follow ups and yearly reviews. Teach preventative maintenance and operating centerline skills to operators to in order to build operating skills,understanding, and maximize production. Repair and maintain converting equipment in a paper mill converting environment to include: m.d.r conveyors, product and package conveyors, t.m.c wrappers, perini re-winders, and p.c.m.c re-winders. perform and train on inspections, lube routs, part replacement and entering work order notifications on failing parts. work with maintenance planners to order parts and schedule time for replacement as production allows. Chase and replace unscheduled break downs as they occur to maintain production. Push a safe work environment and safety culture, allowing for maximum production while putting safe operating practices first. Train on equipment lock out /tag out while performing maintenance. Train operators to perform product and equipment change overs, set ups, fine tuning and trouble shooting skills to maximize production.
