Summary

I have ran this shop effectively for over a decade. I have overseen the hiring, scheduling, staffing, and management of a crew of between 4 and 6 employees. I have in the past acted as service writer, and have the mechanical knowledge and experience needed to oversee master techs. Most Meineke centers are only capable of dealing with small easy jobs. I have built a team capable of most every kind of repair that can be done on a vehicle. My shop may only do between 40 and 50 invoices a week, however we average 20-25k with just that per week. I would be a great addition to any team due to my extensive knowledge and experience. I am great with diagnostics if a technician needs direction. I have even taught myself a good bit of Spanish over the last decade and am capable of communicating and explaining automotive problems with Spanish speaking customers. One of my best attributes that makes me a great employee is my reliability. I always have my company’s best interest in mind and am happy to go the extra mile to make sure my shop ran smoothly and efficiently. I also have experience running multiple shops. Between 2016 and 2019 my shop had been bought by a man who had just purchase 3 other Meineke centers. Shortly after he promoted me to a general manager position to assist him in overseeing his 4 shops. Although this was his first entrepreneurial venture, I managed to keep him in business with little to no direction or help from him. This owner later sold his stores off one by one and gave up owning a business of his own. When this happened I came back to the Spartanburg Meineke and built a team that has done exceptional. Our shop survived and worked through covid. We have since then maintained a steady and loyal clientele base, and a reliable crew of techs. 3 of which have been employed at this center over 5 years. I make sure that quality diagnostics are performed, fair and accurate quotes are given and quality repairs are produced. In short, I will be a great addition to any team. My management and leadership skills are proven by my loyal crew of technicians. My devotion and loyalty shows from a decade of dedication to running Meineke Car Care centers.
