Summary

Before I even considered the industry, I had been working customer service jobs since I was 13 years old with a family business under my grandfather's wing. As a seasoned bartender with over 7/8 years behind the bar and a decade of experience in the restaurant industry overall, I have successfully undertaken various roles, from hosting to bartending to managing the floor or/and bar. Done everything except cooking. Proficient in mixology and known for my unique crafting skills, i am experienced in classic cocktails. Quick learner and skilled in training/mentoring new staff members. I excel in providing exceptional customer service, promoting customer loyalty, and many other things. While also fluent in English and Spanish, I can somewhat understand and communicate Italian and Portuguese. I hold a high school diploma and am currently getting a Bachelor of Science in Botany and Herbal Alternative Remedies. which I graduate at the end of 2024 and will probably go back to school in 2025 to double major in Software Engineering.
