- Applied 65 grade rules to each board to make sure it passed the inspection process.
- Every 6 months, I had to be recertified on grading flooring by taking a test over all 65 grade rules.
- I also had to nest the wood into a buggy, that was timed. I had 45 minutes to nest 2s, and 30 minutes to nest 3s.
- I also had to fill any open character with wood filler.
