• Responsibilities
• Coordination of home infusion therapy for adult and pediatric patients. Provided consultation for hospice and terminal pain/ symptom management. Education of patients, caregivers and field staff on all aspects of infusion care. Staff Education of pediatric care and infusion practices.

• Developed an Outpatient Chemotherapy infusion program for Dept of Corrections pts
• Implemented new pharmacy policies and protocols to reflect current trends in home infusion.
