Managed the implementation of the DevOps process and built an in-house product that optimizes the order and placement of radio advertisements (specific day and time of when the ad will be played, based on the ad rules, duration, and contract).

- Client: TC Energy (Oil and Gas), Houston, TX - Aug 2013 to Jan 2017

Managed the transition from the previous vendor to CI&T, including code assessment, high-level estimate, and delivery plan of the remaining scope. High complexity project with complex business rules that plans, transports, delivers, and bills the use of the natural gas pipelines. Managed 5 distributed Scrum teams and led Scrum of Scrum meetings.

CI&T was a preferred vendor to build Pfizer's main global digital marketing projects, including responsive design websites, mobile apps and marketing campaigns for their main products like Advil, Chapstick, Robitussin, Viagra, Centrum, Xeljanz and so on.
