Responsible for end to end network infrastructure changes and upgrades across Amazon data centers. Manage cross functional projects, working with all organizational levels and groups including network operations, engineering, infra engineering and internal PM teams as well as external vendors at global scale.
Roles and responsibilities
· Write effective project charters based on business requirements for medium to large scale projects.
· Work with stakeholders (networking engineers/tech program managers/senior management, design engineers, operational deployment teams) to define requirements and processes.
· Manage the dependencies and the interfaces between projects and negotiate trade-offs if needed.
· Provide program progress reporting on a regular basis.
· End to end responsibility for the program’s execution and success.
· Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
· Develop and implement scalable, data-driven process improvement/automated solutions.

The Global IT Deployment organization manages the IT Infrastructure scope of a complex suite of projects and is responsible for the delivery of initiatives across business teams and operations groups within Amazon Fulfillment IT. Our projects deliver on the solutions that power the physical fulfillment of our customers’ orders. This includes management of site launches across the globe and directly supports shipping packages to millions of Amazon.com customers across the world.

The goal of the Project is to provide administration and monitoring of any IT Infrastructure changes being made in the Capital One Data center, networks& servers. Capital one is consolidating the existing 7 data center into 3 new data center, and it is our responsibility for the successful migration of the servers and IT infrastructure related to these data centers from the existing data centers to the new data centers.

Buying and Selling Enablement IT (BASE-IT), is the Release Management Organization under the Cisco Sales Domain.The team handles the entire release cycle for all the applications under the Sales domain. And Cisco is the leading customer come first and an integral part of DNA is creating long-lasting customer partnerships and working with them to identify their needs and provide solutions that support their success. The concept of solutions being driven to address specific customer challenges has been with Cisco since its inception. Wipro is providing Managed services to Cisco Systems Inc.For the GTMS (GO To Market Services IT) engagement. These services are being delivered under the Onsite / Offshore model. The InfraOps Team co-ordinates activities that is associated with Release Management, Change Management for these applications. The primary objective of InfraOps team is to co-ordinate the tasks between the GTMS Application development teams and other teams such as Cisco Infra and other cross functional teams.

The goal of the Project is to provide consultation, administration and monitoring of any IT Infrastructure changes being made in the Capital One Network, Datacenter & servers. Working on multiple projects handling different technologies, with client to assist them in the smooth delivery of the project with minimal impact to stake holders , LOB’s and customers of Capital one.
Responsibilities:
1) Branch standardization:
The scope of the project was to upgrade/standardize the branches and back offices of Capital one to a standard Dual link model which includes a primary T1 line and a backup cellular line. Deliverables include Scope Statement, Operating Document, Change Management Plan, Cost Management Plan, Risk Management Plan, Weekly status reports, Project Plan, Project closure notes. Project was on a tight schedule in consolidating and coordination of various teams within client IT team was a key for project success.
2) Chevy Chase Bank Migration:
The scope of this project was to upgrade and standardise the Chevy Chase Bank (CCB) branches, back offices, training centres, ATM’s etc to Capital one standards after Capital one has acquired CCB.

MasterCard is an advanced global commerce by providing a critical economic link among financial institutions, businesses, cardholders and merchants in worldwide. Client has a Bank net Network nearly 1200 sites in worldwide. This Network manages the connectivity among member banks and its customer is migrating complete network from Frame Relay to MPLS backbone.
