At GQ I worked as a manager handling customer relations, shop employees,and posting GQ ads to get us more social media Presence. Various tasks at GQ Motorsports, included following up with customers and assisting them in the car buying process,pulling credit and sending it over to the, depending on customer, right CU, going over used car inspections with technicians to ensure proper repairs were being performed, taking pictures of new vehicles, posting new vehicles to websites and other platforms.

• Sales and leasing professional. Striving to make a change in each experience. Monthly sales goals must be met as every month is a reset. Boosted sales by consistently engaging with customers and addressing their needs effectively. Quarterly training was required to be done and completed on down time. Making sure customer information is accurate, both on credit applications and for brand features. As one of the few Bilingual representatives I am very familiar with the financing aspect of things as far as gathering stips, and upselling backend products, gathering more down payment, etc,. When needed I did completely sign customers to ensure complete understanding of documents being signed.

I worked as a carpenter for a small Seattle based company. Would perform various tasks from complete remodel to simple cleanup. I would deal with customers on a daily personable level as we were typically doing in living remodels. Weekley meeting with either contractors or clients were scheduled to update on timeline or schedule upcoming process of the project.
