· Led 93 military and US Civilian in the enforcement of strategic direction by completing emergency, routine, and preventative repair sustainment and maintenance on water, sewer, heating, and ventilation, and live animal/pest control.
· Directed oversight of contract maintenance of three fuel systems for no-fail presidential support missions.
· Oversaw a one-million-dollar equipment preventative maintenance program for 194 facilities to minimize major repairs during the season that would be least impactful to an organization.
· Created a unique resolution to revive air conditioning operations for an Aerospace Control Center. This averted damage to 2 million dollars of servers and Combatant Command mission
· Appointed lead investigator for Report of Survey (ROS). Assessed potential fraud, waste, and abuse of government property. Allegations included potential abuse of computer systems and missing property. Through extensive investigations and interviews, I was able to inspire a witness to remember working with the items in question. No fraud waste or abuse was substantiated since the items were misplaced after an organizational move. ROS was closed and no court-martial or UCMJ actions were pursued.
· Developed 2 phased 4-million-dollar project to troubleshoot and restore 1.5 liner miles of a faulty fire suppression loop that protected 3 billion dollars of real property and equipment
· Trained and supervised personnel on the safe use and operation procedure of special-purpose equipment and ensured strict compliance with Federal, Local, and State environmental policies, regulations, directives, and standards.
· Performed planning activities and facility surveys to determine resource requirements on proposed work and prepared cost estimates for in-service work and applies engineered performance standards to plan to estimate jobs.
· Developed plans and specifications for various types of facility projects not requiring complex engineering designs. Approved changes to the plans, which do not alter the basic design or involve additional costs to the government.
