Partner with Store Manager and Team managers in managing the sales flor and help train any new client advisor. Managed 16 client advisors during my time as key holder during 2021-2022 brought volume of the store from 23 million to 40 million. Main area of expertise was fragrance trained client advisors on any new fragrance launch. Back of house support when needed scanned in shipment, transfers, as well as assisting in inventory prep with and full inventory of store. During 2021 I ranked 86 out of the 6,000 client advisors we had during that year.

• Train and hire sales associates, generate 17% of the business through new clients and current clientele I built
• In my time I was in charge of all the visual aspects of the business and to train all employees on MK Visual Standards
• Complete monthly floor-sets and take photography of completed floor-set per MK Standard, Maintain store neat and organized to welcome customers into a high end environment
• Clienteling I supported each associate in getting and maintaining there clients, check client book every week and go over productivity and help them break down from which department they were getting volume in and which one they had an opportunity sign up clients into the company CRM and communicate any clients you have added to you're client book about new promotions, new collections, and send thank you notes to clients how constantly keep returning to be loyal customers.

• As well as meeting personal sales goal, ensuring associates are accountable of their individual goals and helping them achieve commission and SPH goals
• As the collection manager I am in charge of keep the store to A|X standard and making sure the moods are set correctly and portray the vision Mr
• Armani has for each collection
• As well as feeding the product knowledge we receive from corporate and relating it to the associates and ensuring they are retaining the knowledge
• Inform the corporate buying team every month of any client feedback and relay the best sellers report for the month and sell through of each category to ensure we are set for the upmost success in the future collections
• Comply with all corporate policy and procedure as well as any LP guideline.

• Certified Stylist & Jean Expert providing customer service to customers explain jean fits, Different styles and adding on merchandise to create and outfit essentially bringing up Store KPI'S and meeting daily store goals, Also explaining in store promotions to every Customer
• Replenishing sales floor, looking for opportunities in marketing, completing Weekly corporate sales floor adjustments
• Keeping fitting room in order for clients and as a Cashier sign up customers to our different reward programs such as the AEO Credit Card.
