  • Responsabilities include every step during the process of production in the mixing facility
  • After production finishes their step, they let us know they are ready to check their performance specifications and requirements for the company
  • Required to check the standard procedure paperwork when finished, and all information is entered in computer
  • Assigned stamps so when every step is checked, my stamps when used the parts will be accepted, rejected, on hold, etc
  • Represent the customer and made sure the customer gets a quality part
  • Made entries in my computer used program called "Oracle", and it is used to keep and maintain every complete mix entered

  • Adjust machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, temperatures, calculate dimensions, and flow of material, and ingredients
  • Monitor, machine operations and observe lights and gauges in order to detect malfunctions

  • We mixed the white rubber and black rubber on mills to get it to the right thickness and it is passed through the mold and it is pushed through it like a strip
