Develop emergency response plans in the event of an incident or disaster.

Inspect right set up of drying system (equipment, tools, materials, and safety equipment) to ensure quality standards were met.
Communicate regularly with subcontractors regarding project timelines in the Reconstruction side.
Oversee activities of subcontractor's personnel assigned to various tasks during construction jobs.
Supervise Reconstructions projects to uphold schedule requirements and quality demands.
Assists in developing scopes of work for bid packages (T&M for Commercial jobs)
Present and prepare Xactimate estimates according to the scope of work created by myself or by the lead technicians, made sure that the descriptive information is accurate to be uploaded to Xactware.
Communicate with the Mitigation crew members to demonstrate high standards and mitigate issues.
Delegate duties to the Mitigation crew members based on skillset.
Track and report units and labor hours prior to submission of timecards.
Review project blueprints and specifications to determine number of workers needed to complete jobs and arrange meetings regarding Production with Project Coordinators in the Commercial line.
Monitor equipment operation during extraction process to detect and prevent problems in the Reconstruction.
Asses potential commercial losses to ensure in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Maintain detailed records of all claim activities in a timely manner in Residential and Commercial losses.
Evaluate coverage based on analysis of facts, law, policy language and endorsements.
Review property damage estimates for accuracy and completeness.
Document date, parties involved and specific details about losses.
Resolve mitigation concerns to the homeowner by providing relevant details through the process.
Conduct on-site inspections of property damage to assess repair needs and costs.
Estimate costs on site and recommend potential solutions.
Produced preliminary estimates based on schematic and design development level documents.
Monitored daily activities of technicians to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
