I try to keep myself mentally grounded by running daily just to get myself centered when I'm feeling off. I highly recommend it to anyone who feels off pace. Then there's my gardening, there is nothing like growing something from nothing and watching it flourish. It reminds me of watching my children grow up. Lastly it has to be bettering myself and my loved ones. We are not all perfect nor is it a possibility but there's no reason why we shouldn't work to better ourselves, it's a great feeling watching ourselves grow out of our shells.
