Ensures the store standards for customers service, employee relations, and overall departmental profitability are met

Coordinates compliance of employees with established policy/law, security, sales, and record keeping procedures and practices

Stays current with market trends and information (i.e.; competition, new products, equipment, and merchandising techniques)

• Ensures smooth operation of order fulfillment process
• Works to find efficiencies in store and areas of improvement
• Ensures that customers are satisfied with their experience and takes steps necessary to address customer service issues
• Provides education to existing employees regarding new policies and procedures.

• Actively listens and communicates to meet the needs of the store and the customer
• Trains, enforces, and delegate tasks and procedures to employees
• Understands daily, weekly, and monthly ad and continues education of the inner-workings of the store
• Writes schedules for grocery department including its service managers
• Orders product for the store.
