• Install, test, maintain, and upgrade 300+ operating systems software and hardware to comply with information assurance requirements. while also ensuring current defensive mechanisms are in place.
• Effectively managed the Service Desk by monitoring and overseeing the timely handling of assigned tickets within the queue, utilizing a first-in, first- out approach aligned with priority levels.
• Demonstrated hands-on expertise in formatting and imaging computer systems, ensuring efficient configuration and deployment of hardware and software components.
• Provided (assistance over the phone and Remote Access Support) technical support to the IT users across the organization.
