I am writing to express my interest in the role of Customer Service Gaming Associate for Knighted Ventures. My studies were in Computer Science, and my previous job was as a Service Technician. Computer Science is a math heavy major. I've always felt comfortable in my ability to solve math problems. My primary task as a Service Technician was to interact with customers, and answer all their technical questions. More than anything it was a customer service job that has really improved my ability to communicate and help others.
