Facilitation of Serious Adverse Event process to including but not limited to, identification, prioritization of events; conducting debriefs; Root Cause Analyses and development of Safety Solutions
Successful Launch and implementation of new electronic incident Reporting (DATIX) system across all three hospitals and all clinics and faculty practices under each location together with providing on –site support, coaching and education
Daily oversight of electronic incident reported events, assignment of investigation and follow-up to appropriate personnel
Coordinates apology, error disclosure and early compensation program
