  • Duties include: Facilitating and coordinating the Loudoun CAC’s Multi-Disciplinary Team, Advisory Board, and Signatory meetings which are comprised of members from all child protective and investigative agencies in Loudoun County; assisting law enforcement and child protective services during the interview with children, their families, and videotaping; facilitating the process of reaching consensus on policies, procedures and protocols for investigating child abuse cases; managing the space to ensure that it is child-friendly, well-maintained, and fully-functional; supervise child advocacy center staff; scheduling and facilitating the provision of specialized training regarding the function, protocols and procedures for child abuse professionals; developing and maintaining system for Case Review including process, documents, agendas, etc; developing, maintaining and utilizing system for tracking of cases; completing all required progress reports and remain in good standing with all funders; fundraising efforts to ensure sustainability of the program; trauma informed services; and ensuring child is always the focus during the investigative process.
