  • Serving as contractor to the Department of Energy – Savannah River (DOE-SR) Security Programs Division Personnel Security Team to perform support services including imaging tasks, document control, clearance processing activities, general records maintenance and clerical duties. Conducts a final review of the official DOE electronic Personnel Security File (ePSF) scanning and upload.
  • Processes security clearance actions through a quality control process to ensure timely and accurate notification of security clearance actions to DOE, Contractor Personnel Security Offices, Carlsbad and Consolidated Business Center per DOE Order 472.2A. Coordinates security clearance functions with DOE to ensure timely verification and processing of clearances.
  • Responsible for the accuracy and retention of the Standard Form 312 (Classified Information Nondisclosure Agreement) and maintenance/storage of all PSF within designated areas of the DOE Personnel Security file room; Human Reliability Program (HRP), Active and Terminated shelves. Completes destruction of hard copy DOE PSF's in accordance with DOE records inventory and disposition schedule .
  • Participates in surveys, audits and assessments. Performs database reconciliations, maintains file room supplies, and attends Personnel Security related teleconferences.
  • Holds a "Q" level clearance.
