• Organized and led the first dental mission trip at Detroit Mercy Dental since 2018.
• Developed a detailed itinerary and successfully brought 26 students and faculty from my school to a clinic in Treasure Beach, Jamaica to provide dental treatment to the underserved community.
• Organized dental treatment (extractions, fillings, cleanings) for patients and lodging, transportation, meals, and excursions for attendees.
• Transported donated supplies to Treasure Beach, Jamaica.
• Set up fundraisers to help relieve the financial burden for the student volunteers. We raised over $10,000 total.

• Attended meetings with national government officials to advocate for policy changes regarding the future of dentistry and healthcare.
• Discussed to the House of Representatives the importance of the Dental and Optometric Care Access Act, Resident Education Deferred Interest Act, and the Medicaid Denta Benefit Act
• Responded promptly to constituent inquiries regarding legislative matters.

• Founded the Endodontics Club at the University of Detroit Mercy with faculty supervision.
• Hosted seminars with Endodontics Faculty to bring awareness to the specialty.

• Organized events and seminars with local female dentists.
• Improved relationships with students and local female dental offices to increase support and employment for students.
• Elected to attend a Women in Dentistry Panel at the undergraduate school to answer questions regarding the female role in healthcare.

• Conducted mock interviews with students to improve interview performance.
• Personally guided 8 undergraduate students through the dental school application process.
• Organized individual meetings with students to discuss career goals and skills development.
• Attended panel at the undergraduate campus to assist students through applications and host Q&A sessions.

• Implemented a training program within my school to teach students basic dental terminology in different languages.
• Coordinate events between the MDA DEI board and the Detroit Mercy Dental School and University of Michigan Dental School students to reinstate and enforce DEI within our schools.
• Demonstrated and explained how to work with people of all ethnicities and backgrounds.

• Place Fluoride Varnish on children's teeth at Macomb Pediatric Medical office.
• Gave proper oral hygiene instructions to the parents and their children regarding at-home hygiene care, diet, and plaque control.

• Observed the residents complete advanced root canal treatments in various patients

• Attended and coordinated conference logistics, including room setup, meetings schedule, and food preparation for the ASDA members of my school.

• Educated special needs pediatric patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures.
• Organized and planned seminars and "lunch 'n learns" with dentists and how to manage pediatric patients.

• Obtained my Pedicab license and became a Handlebar driver for those that rent out the bike for all kinds of celebrations.
