After many years of working as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I have learned so many more skills that I can use other places rather than just one workplace. I have became more attentive, compassionate, and open-minded. In the past three years I have worked with 100+ residents and their families, and every single one has been unique in their own way. You quickly learn how to assess certain situations and how to be tactful dealing with difficult circumstances. In my opinion, being tactful when working with the public is a very important skill to have.
