Co-own with my husband, and manage a custom home building business known as Wausau Homes Elkhorn.

• Manage full-service, general contractor's office including being the first point of contact, build client relationships, manage job & vendor scheduling, perform accounts payable & receivable and process payroll.
• Plan, implement and manage annual marketing plan including extensive community involvement that has increased overall business awareness and inquiries by 105% over past two years.
• AWARDS: Excellence in Marketing Award from Wausau Homes, Inc. for 2019 and 2020. Voice of the Customer Award for 2019 & 2020. Premier Builder Award for 2020.

• Coordinated and implemented public information and fund raising events for non-profit foundation that exclusively supports Wisconsin's largest historic site, Old World Wisconsin.
• Created content for and managed social media accounts.
• Oversaw 150+ volunteers and coordinated volunteer recognition program.
• Managed annual photo contest with nearly 600 entries and photographic tour of winning photos throughout SE Wisconsin.
• Assisted in membership cultivation.

• Oversaw operations on store's front end, including ensuring store's lot was clear and tidy. Ensured front end was clean and products were restocked as necessary.
• Performed store opening, closing and shift-change actions with 100% accuracy.
• Assisted in supervision and training of cashiers. Ensured cashiers provided exceptional customer service. Supported cashiers by expediting price checks, approving POS sales and markdowns for all store registers.
• Served on store's Voice of the Associate (VOA) committee and on the New Associate Coaching Team.
• Helped customers complete purchases, locate items and join reward programs. Monitored self-checkout systems and provided assistance or intervention where required. Received and processed customer payments.

Served non-profit board of 8 men and women from southeastern Wisconsin whose mission is to Break the Cycle of Poverty for orphans and widows, both locally and around the world.

• Increased CWI's donor base and social media presence by developing key relationships within business community; and through writing regular, effective communication via social media outlets, newsletters and press releases.
• Directed CWI's annual golf outing & benefit dinner, more than doubling revenue generated in previous years.
• Coordinated two large group mission trips to Haiti for CWI.
• Raised 100% of funds needed to package over 150,000 meals sent to Liberia, Africa and 20,000 meals for local food pantries.
• Assisted in launching CWI's partnership with national organization that offers temporary child placement for families in crisis.
• Managed daily operations of CWI including but not limited to maintenance of their donor CRM, organization communication, built relationships with local media and wrote daily social media posts to educate and inform.

The Geneva National Foundation supports organizations and agencies in Walworth County, WI that serve people with disabilities and special needs. Directed board of 12 men and women with a passion to help turn disabilities into possibilities.

• Oversaw and executed the area's largest one-day annual fundraising event (golf tournament & gala) along with a separate community event in order to bring awareness to and raise funds for organizations that serve people with disabilities.
• Initiated and maintained relationships with area business leaders and developed them into corporate event sponsors.
• Communicated pertinent, timely information on Foundation's mission and activities to the general public through press releases, regular email communication, speaking engagements and a strong social media presence.
• Built and maintained Foundation's website and online giving portal. Managed daily Foundation operations including extensive donor database and Foundation records and files.
