• Developed and implemented the Crisis Response Plan for the FBI Seattle Field Office detailing the continuity of operations protocols in the event of crisis or natural disaster.
• Managed, established and operated FBI command posts to facilitate readiness, response and resolution of critical incidents.
• Oversaw the FBI Seattle field office's response to a critical incident.

FBI Crisis Negotiation Coordinator

• Manager of the FBI Crisis Negotiation program for the State of Washington.
• Engaged in direct negotiations with criminal subjects and provided assessment, guidance and recommendations to the on-scene commander during a critical event.
• Lead instructor for a 40 hour hostage negotiation course.

FBI Weapons of Mass Destruction Coordinator

• Managed the essential role of coordinating the implementation of the FBI WMD strategy to law enforcement, military and civilian partners state-wide.
• Ensured the FBI Seattle field office was effectively prepared to respond to a WMD threat and coordinate the investigative response.
• Initiated prevention strategies through information sharing and targeted outreach.

FBI Adjunct Faculty

• Subject matter expert on international/domestic terrorism, hostage negotiation, surveillance techniques and police training.
• For over 15 years provided critical operational instruction/training to law enforcement officers state wide.
• Lead FBI crisis negotiation instructor for the State of Washington, certified over 300 state and local law enforcement officers as crisis/hostage negotiators.
• Lead FBI instructor on domestic and international terrorism matters at the Criminal Justice Training Center in Burien, Washington, instructed/trained over 500 police officers/detectives on terrorism matters and national security matters.
• FBI surveillance instructor at an accredited undercover school in Seattle, Washington.
