  • Monitor, edit, maintain and create components of the Family and Community Services (FCS) SharePoint sites. This includes button/tile creation and placement, linking documents and information to those buttons/tiles for ease of information location, adding individuals to workflows as needed, uploading and deleting pertinent files and information, canceling and restarting workflows to ensure continuity of services, monitoring workflows for errors and other interruptions, monitoring security and creation of new pages and sites for use by customers.
  • Create new user groups, check user permissions within SharePoint groups, and grant permissions to SharePoint users, based upon their needs.

  • Appointed to a temporary Executive II position as of 05/01/24.   • Worked for the Client Assistance Program (CAP), receiving and reviewing complaints brought by clients of the Illinois Department of Rehabilitation Services (DRS) against their Vocational Rehabilitation counselors.
