I was hired in a Support position, 6 months later I was promoted to Installation Support. Then I Cross Trained, by my request, to work at an Inside Sales B2B position.

  • Providing customers with the best service for maintenance and repairs on their vehicles. At Team Toyota I maintained the highest customer satisfaction survey responses. Created estimates and obtained authorization for customer pay repairs as well as warranty repairs. Assigned work to automotive technicians and kept the customer informed of the work progress. Multitasking in a fast-paced environment, inbound and outbound phone calls, utilizing computer programs (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc...) for emails, and interaction with walk-in customers was part of the daily routine.
