- As a women's senior Lead, it was my job to work with our assistant general manager to help operate the women's department such as each day making sure that the women's department was set to standards by recovering, flexing necessary products, and getting any task done.
- As a women's senior lead, you learn more about merchandising and learn to grow into the role such as I did. A big part of what I normally do is help on the truck team such as opening up new products that we get in our women's department each Tuesday and Thursday and having one of the highest uph of around 400. Another part of my role is to help when it comes to moves such as following our book for each month getting it set to the book and making each shop look correct based on the correct clothing and having visuals and mannequins in there right outfits which doing moves each month has helped me to improve how quickly I can work.
- I am very efficient in the work that I do learning each day new things and how to be quick and effective in what I do.
