I am kind compassionate person. I have always been a natural caregiver. I lived in colorado for 30 years and moved back to rhode island to live with my mother as she was alone after my dad passed. I have worked for 2 home care agencies, one for 11 years in colorado. In colorado i was able to provide more hands on care without a cna. I was an ihss attendant for elderly as well as disabled individuals. I have experience with personal care meds housekeeping driving to appointments, activities, and shopping Since being in rhode island i have worked for home instead. I have enjoyed my time with this company but i am ready for new challenges. I prefer to work full time. I love the caregiving field it is so rewarding and i am ready to learn and grow. In my spare time i love spending time with my mom. Playing cards, reading. Hiking and cooking. I am reliable and a team player i take my work very seriously recently i have taken had parkinson hippa alzhiemers trainings . I need to get my bsl at this time and am willing to do it.
