  • Provides paralegal support to the Litigation Senior Counsel and other KS attorneys with the daily needs of Litigation, its client groups, and the Legal Group.
  • Reviews and processes all internal lease termination and collection referrals, including reviewing lease files and records, and working with KS staff and outside counsel to provide necessary documents and information.
  • Works with Controllers in processing and complying with Garnishments and Tax Levys.
  • Manages subpoena and discovery requests, including working with the appropriate KS staff to compile documents and information, and produce responsive e-discovery and electronic documents.
  • Works with IT Senior Technical Analyst to conduct e-discovery, including creating and managing staging folder, conducting journal searches, and reviewing and exporting results for review and production.
